Welcome to Casa de Pura Vida!
We're Larry and Cathy, retirees from John Deere and longtime lovers of Isla Mujeres. After spending many wonderful vacations on the island, we made our retirement dream come true by creating a home of our own in paradise.
As Iowans, we escape the cold by spending our winters at Casa de Pura Vida. When we're back in the U.S., we're happy to share our home with guests so they can experience the beauty, warmth, and laid-back charm of Isla Mujeres that captured our hearts years ago.
